What support cannot do
HomePot cannot recover lost private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, passwords, or encrypted backup credentials. HomePot also cannot reverse or cancel blockchain transactions after they have been confirmed.
Protect your wallet
Never include your recovery phrase, seed phrase, private key, password, or backup file in a support message. Legitimate HomePot support will not ask for those secrets.
